これらがきっかけとなり、あれほどの人気を誇ったグッチも破産寸前まで経営状態が悪化することになってしまったのです。

そんなグッチが高級ブランドとして帰り咲いたのには、新たな経営陣の功績が大きいと言えます。

市場に出回った偽物への対策として、商品の種類を絞り、創業当時からの伝統的なデザインに流行を取り入れた新たな商品を発表するなど、根本からの見直しをすることで、徐々に経営状態が改善されていきました。

こうして、世界的ブランドとしての地位を確立してきたグッチは日本にも数多くの店舗を構えています。
