COACHでは、コーチストアやコーチカスタマーサービスセンターで、正規品に限りバッグや時計などの修理を行なってくれます。

COACHの製品といえば、ハンドバッグや時計などは長く使えるものが多く、耐久性に優れているのが特徴的ですが、使っていれば皮革が擦り切れたり、もち手が壊れてしまうこともあります。

よくある修理としては、ハンドバッグの糸がほつれてしまったという事やハンドバッグのレザーが切れてしまった、ファスナーが壊れてしまった、レザーの傷や日焼けなどです。

レザーの日焼けの場合は、新品と同様のつやを元通りにすることは難しい場合もありますが、他の場合は、壊れてしまった部品の交換や補強、直しをしてくれます。

それも、保証期間内であれば無料で行なってくれます。

正規取り扱い店舗なら、一定期間の保証期間を設けてあります。

コーチストアで購入した場合には、どの商品にも原則的に６ヶ月間の保証期間が設けられています。

また、コーチファクトリーストアの場合には、原則的に１ヶ月間の保証期間を設けてあります。

この期間内なら、修理はすべて無償となりますが、購入日を確認するためにレシートなどの、購入証明書が必要になります。

もし購入証明をすることができなかったり、この期間を過ぎてしまったりした場合については、自己負担になってしまいます。

場合にもよりますが、時には修理で１万円近くかかることもありますので、うっかり捨ててしまうことの多いレシートですが、念のためとっておくことをお勧めします。

また、インターネットや大きなデパートの一角にある店舗など、正規取り扱い店舗以外の店舗で買った場合には、修理代金はすべて自己負担になってしまいます。

正規取り扱い店舗の商品以外は偽物の疑いがあるからです。

ですから、同じCOACHの商品を正規取り扱い店舗以外の方が安く買えたとしても、後々のことを考えたら、正規取扱店で購入することをお勧めします。

正規取り扱い店舗なら、海外で購入したものであっても、日本のコーチストアで修理することができ、保証期間も適用されるので、安心です。

この場合にも、保証書やレシートが必要になりますから、なくしてしまったり捨ててしまうことのないように気をつけましょう。

このように数多くの商品を修理してくれるのは、COACHの商品を長く愛用してもらいたいという気持ちの表れですが、時によっては修理できない場合もあります。

販売終了後、一定の期間を過ぎてしまったものや構造、素材の具合によっては、部品の品切れや修復不可能ということがあるからです。

ですから、COACHの商品を修理したい時には、レシートを準備したうえで店舗へ持っていっくかカスタマーセンターへ修理が可能かどうか問い合わせしてみると良いでしょう。
